Thanks for posting the recipe for the Chicken Satay Gai but I’ll never make it!! The reason for this is that it’s ours sons favourite dish when we go to the Leeds restaurant. We have been going for over a year now and manage to get there at least once a month as a family (I go more often with work). The service from the waiters is excellent and the food is really, really good. Can’t see us going anywhere else now and the new lunchtime menu is a winner too!
Many thanks for lots of good meals and enjoyable times.
